How To Submit Your Claim for the Settlement
Case Submisson/Review
Submission of Business Information: Once your business information is received, we will prepare an agreement for you. Agreement via DocuSign: The agreement will be sent to you via DocuSign for your review and signature. Filing Your Claim: After we receive your signed agreement, we will proceed to file your claim. Interchange Fee Notification: Within 10 business days, you will receive an interchange fee calculation via email.
Status Update
Someone will contact you every two weeks until the day you receive your claim via email, text message or call.
